I am an Army officer with many years of service and have a developed leadership philosophy that will ensure the success of any small, medium, or large organization. I am a servant leader who places the needs of the customers and the employees at a high priority. Supporting others and helping them succeed ensures that everyone has buy-in and is nesting their goals within the organization’s goals. We will be successful as long as we have a shared understanding of how the organization runs, and we can then optimize our performance to ensure success.
